I’m the Founder/Director of The Etiquette School of the Carolinas in North Carolina. A Certified Children's Etiquette Consultant with a certification from the prestigious The American School of Protocol® in Atlanta, GA. Our approach is modern, approachable and fun instruction for etiquette and leadership for children, teens, and adults. Our mission is to providing high-quality educational consulting services to students and parents, assisting them in achieving highly in their social skills.
At The Etiquette School of the Carolinas, we value integrity, excellence, and a commitment to lifelong learning. We believe that education should be accessible to all and strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for our students.
As I child, I had the experience of dining with both parents at the table and they were very strict when it came to eating at the table. Despite both of my parents working, we ate together as a family every evening. My dad would have us seated at the table and start the conversation with “How was your day, what did you do today?” The conversation would go on from there. I really enjoyed having dinner with my parents and two sisters because there was always excitement, great conversation and the table was always pretty with a complete table setting.
Today dinning and eating together as a family is a lost art, because basically both parents are working and the children are having to prepare and eat alone. I firmly believe that all children should learn proper etiquette, which includes manners, behavior, body language and
social graces.
I teach you how to dine in style, feel confident, and experience GRACE AT THE TABLE!
I also have a degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from Fayetteville State University. My passion for community service is evidenced by serving on several city and county boards in North Carolina.
I look forward to making your acquaintance soon.
