I’m the Founder and Director of The Etiquette School of the Carolinas in North Carolina. As a Certified Children’s Etiquette Consultant trained by The American School of Protocol® in Atlanta, I help children, teens and adults build confidence through dining etiquette, social skills and respectful communication.
My passion began around my family’s dinner table. Although both of my parents worked, we gathered each evening with my two sisters. My father often asked, “How was your day, and what did you do today?” Conversation, laughter and a beautifully prepared place setting made everyday meals special.
Today, I create modern, engaging learning experiences grounded in integrity, excellence, respect and lifelong learning. In a welcoming, inclusive environment, students practice manners, positive body language, communication, leadership and professional presence—skills that strengthen relationships and help them feel at ease in new settings.
I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from Fayetteville State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). My commitment to serving others includes involvement with boards throughout North Carolina.
At The Etiquette School of the Carolinas, we prepare you to enter any room and approach any table with confidence. I look forward to making your acquaintance.
